Is this a new 3CX installation or was this previously working?

Its with a new SIP Trunk. Here is what I get when I run the firewall checker...

I was able t resolve the firewall issues, but it still didn't fix my problem. Here is how I resolved...

The inbound call triggered a match between two trunks Telnyx LLC and VI Inbound. Due to the call not having a single defined route the call cannot be handled and is rejected with the 403. Basically, the DID was setup in two trunks. I removed it from one trunk and confirmed it worked without issue.
