3CX Sage ACT! 2013 CRM Integration

I am attempting to integrate 3CX & Sage ACT! 2013 CRM.
Managed to install 3CXPlugins15, installed ACT! plugin, and entered required parameters the database but CRM popup not appearing on incoming calls

This integration has been deprecated by 3CX.

I would suggest you to check the logs from "%AppData%\3CXPhone for Windows\Logs".

Thanks for the reply Ernesto and duly noted on deprecation. However, what exactly should I look up & look out for in the logs?

You should check if there is any error there that could give you some pointers...
