Hi I am having a real issue with a 3cx instance I have installed.
The users phones drop out, then when I try to login to the admin portal it says incorrect password.
I then restart the cloud server and use the same login and password and it works and phones come back online. What do I do?

I should add that it is happening about once a week

Have you got another instance running somewhere with the same license?

How much memory is your VM allocated?

No this is the only VM it should be on. It has 1gb but is only running 2 phones and a mobile

Minimum memory starts at 2 GB and 2 vCPUs per instance, and assumes you are using a Gen. 8 intel or equivalent in processing power so please adjust accordingly. Also make sure your storage is not full.

You are probably seeing the effects of your services being shut down by the OS due to lack of resources. You can verify it yourself by logging into the machine when the issue manifests, and checking to see whether some of the 3CX services are down. Increasing the specs of the machine a little should prevent that.

It's unsupported but, for very small installs, increasing the swap size can help (assuming memory is the problem).

The correct amount of memory is obvs always preferable though.
