Solved 3CX SBC Bridge Failure

I was told I needed to ask this question here rather than communicating with hosted@3cx email address as I have in the past. We have one location getting an SBC Bridge Failure to a hosted instance of 3CX (provided by 3CX) that started 15 hours ago. Nothing has changed at this location, no other locations have the SBC issue as it appears to be something with the hosted instance. I have restarted the SBC and the hosted instance which has not resolved it. Any ideas would be grateful, thanks.

@daveatgower if you open your mobile client ( Android or iOS ) can you make calls ?
Dial another extension or *777 or Vmail.
Do you have issues there ?

@NikosT_3CX no issues with extension dialing from mobile using the 3CX app outbound or extension dialing. I'll spin up another 3CX SBC on another machine and see if that resolves it.

@NikosT_3CX no luck Nikos, It appears that the 3CX Hosted Instance is blocking our connection from our static IP.

We have tried a different machine and reinstalled the SBC on the old machine, get the following information.

If it helps this was the start of the issue before failure last night. Of course "3cxdnshere" is our 3cx DNS name provided by 3CX.

Again it appears the 3CX Hosted Server is blocking our static IP.

@daveatgower even if you have blocked your public ip at the pbx side, sbc terminates on the tunnel on 127.0.01 so it’s not gonna get affected from this.
I would recommend to check the credentials again and be sure 1.000% that they are correct in the sbc config file.
Then reboot the machine where sbc is installed on.

thank you Nik, problem is resolved due to the incorrect key (covid brain fog). The main issue was our public IP was blocked by the 3cx host provided and still not sure why/how. Anyway, this can be marked as resolved. thanks again!
