Hi
Can any one help for 3cx sbc configuration

  1. Do I need to forward any port in Remote Location?
  2. I am using fenvil phone plase find the attached screenshot, kindly tell me if I configured it correct.

I am not able to register the phone it shows timout.

Fanvil Basic Line Setting
9516

Fanvil Basic Advance Setting
9515

Fanvil SIP Global Setting
9517

SBC Conf File
9518

You do NOT need to forward any ports on the Remote Location, however you may not block any outgoing ports as well.
I would guess that your problem is in the ports used.
Plz. change Local SIP Port and Proxy Server Port to 5060

The above is generally correct although the slight point of difference could depend on which brand of firewall you are using.

Generally most allow outbound traffic by default although I hear some Cisco firewalls block outbound traffic so worth confirming.

P.S your query should be in the General section of these forums, it it currently in clients.

If by configured correct you mean provisioned from 3CX then yes. If you didn't provision via 3CX then no you didn't configure it correctly.

Thanks for your replies,
When I reset the phones it shows as new phones in 3cx server, I assigned extensions and auto-provision the phones. But after a day all phones shows timout. I contacted the remote location isp if they blocks any ports. they recommend a static IP today I got the static IP. I reset auto provisioned all phones again. Now all 3 phones are connected

Waiting till tomorrow will keep you posted.

Oops after 10 minutes there was internet breakage. but when internet connected again in the 3cx server all three phones showing as NEW and phone side again timeout showing.
