Especially with the emphasis on hosted installations, I forsee many SBC's being deployed, either hardware (Pi) or software on Windows clients. Rather than depend on the "Lost registration" notification per extension, Is it possible to treat the SBC similar to a trunk as for as visibility and notifications go? i.e. a new line item under the System Status or maybe show up in the Bridge section. The big difficulty in my mind is if 3CX tracks the SBCs differently from a 3CXPhone tunnel.

As it sits right now the only method of monitoring is status notification by extension, and that has the potential to generate mass amounts of email traffic.

Thoughts?

Any updates on this?

@Nick Galea, Is there any status update for this feature? It's been "in consideration" for almost 3 years now and would be a major step in solidifying the PBX into an ecosystem rather than just a another license that either ourselves or our customers have to bear.

I would also be very interested in the current development status of this simple but very helpful feature!

It should be very appreciated for my point of view too !!!

This feature is long overdue

Having just deployed my first SBC I too am disappointed there is no way to know if it's working or not. So +whatever.

This would be an extremely appreciate update.
The ability to provision raspberryPIs, and/or pull log records of them would be fantastic to!

Lets me see all of my SBC devices, and I can connect to them remotely.... to stay on track with the OP.

+1, just for monitoring if the SBC's are online and connected!
