3CX SBC with multiple vlans

Hi, We have an 3CX current installed.

I already have another SBC connected directly to my other IP phones.

But i have another that doesn't have a direct link to the SBC. like SBC is in VLAN 2, the phones are in VLAN 3. i already allowed them to communicate.

But i can't seems to see in the 3CX phones.

Any idea what to do?

Hi,

The SBC should always be on the same exact network as the phones (it was designed with this purpose in mind).

Is there something preventing you from putting them on the same VLAN at the moment?

We are trying to separate the servers to a different vlan, and voip for another vlan. Lan another, wifi is another.

we currently don't have any spare i can use as SBC into the VOIP vlan. so the SBC vm is in the server vlan.

Just move the sbc server to the voice vlan - there is not reason to have it in the server vlan where it is not working as intended

we have multiply vlans, and the sbc is in the voice vlan

if you have physical handsets in the voice vlan, you will need to allow the lan network to add acces to voice vlan so that the 3cx applications can have cti / uaCSTA support
