3CX Self-Hosted Instance - Removed but the license still shows used - unable to reprovision

I deployed our NFR 4 sim call license key to a 3CX hosted instance and terminated it but the license key shows released however I cannot deploy it to a 3CX Hosted Instance again. The key says it's in-use when it is not.

just a thought, how much time went by between when you terminated it and tried to re-use it?

Hello,

I believe I went into our Partner Portal, went to the second NFR license key, and clicked release.
This also removed the instance from our account. May I send you the license key and/or Partner ID for you to look?

Disregard. I guess I only released the FQDN. I was unable to connect to the IP but support was able to assist me. I forgot the end of the URL...
