We have a system with ********.3cx.co.uk FQDN hosted on cloud but its self hosted not from 3cx. We are planning to migrate it to our cloud hosted VM and evironment.
Please advise precautions and steps if possible.
It is currently V20 with pro annual license.
6 SBCs used

Take a backup, shut down your old vm and spinup a new and restore your backup.

Are there any implications for SBC? Any idea on the backup plan if the new PBX does not work as expected? I guess just shutdown new VM and start Old VM again?

6h DNS TTL, often faster when doing a restore. The SBCs will reconnect automatically, just like the apps.

Make sure that during restore, you reuse the same HTTP and HTTPS ports as your current machine, otherwise reprovisioning will be a pain.
