i experience 3cx problem, the 3cx server keep stopping below service every few hours

3CX Service notification

Following service(s) were stopped recently:
3CXAudioProvider01
3CXSystemService01

Can you tell us the exact version of your PBX (seen on dashboard) and if on Linux/Windows?

it is windows 7 embedded, 3cx server (dell Server)
3cx Professional Perpetual v15.5.0

Try giving the server more memory

Also upgrade to 15.5 sp6 or 16

V16 is not supported anymore on windows 7, need to W10 Pro or Debian

where can i download 15.5 sp6 ?

just to correct, my 3cx server is "Windows Embedded Standard"

V15.5 also require W10 but sure it runs on W7 PRO 64 , i've got one updated from V14, but embedded ??? pretty unsure

@rentalan

So you have a few options now:

1. Upgrade to Windows 10 -> This will allow you to install 15.5SP6 and/or upgrade to V16

2. Use our linux iso which will allow you to install 15.5SP6 manually if you wish to remain on that version

Please note that your current OS is not supported or tested by 3CX, Windows 7 support ended with 3CX V14 so it is not recommended to run it on that OS. Please refer to the below link for details:

i am sure current version 15.5 upgrade from version 14 on Windows Embedded Standard

where can i get the downloadable linux ISO file?

You can find installation instructions and download links here (for V16). Ensure you get a backup off the machine before you proceed to avoid any data loss.

https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/

If you need to stay on 15.5SP6 in the installation instructions at the bottom of the page you will find a section called "Removing 3CX for Debian". After you remove the PBX you can write the following command to get V15.5SP6

apt install 3cxpbx=15.5.15502.6
