3cx server error on login page

After restoring the backup I am not able to login into the management console again.

I am getting a server error prompt since last 2 hours. Kindly help me out. As soon as possible.

Where is this 3CX Hosted? First thing I'd recommend is rebooting the machine then try again. If you still have issues after reboot, you'll have to check 3CX services to see if any are not running.

If on linux, you can use the following command:

sudo systemctl list-units 3CX* nginx* postgre*

What operating system have your installed 3CX on, and why is it located - inhouse or cloud

If debian, or raspberry PI - you need to ssh into the server and run the above command

sudo systemctl list-units 3CX* nginx* postgre*
sudo reboot (this will reboot the server)

If Windows, just check the 3cx services under services.msc

I thought you can't get into the management console? If so, how would you reboot it? But yes, for Linux instances, when the management console is working, you can reboot it from there.
