3CX server stop working randomly

Hello

we have a 3cx server installed on a windows server 2016.
the issue that we face is that from time to time very randomly (once a week more or less) our users notify us that their phones stooped working.
trying to log to the 3cx admin console also is not possible.
rdp to the windows machine we see that all 3cx services are running.
noting unusual on the event viewer of windows.
after restarting the server everything starts working again without any issues.
In 3cx event log (on the 3cx admin console dashboard) I don't see any clue what is going on.

can you please advise where can i find clues regarding this issues?
any recommendations?

How much memory does the server have ?

Are you running any antivirus on the server - if so have you excluded 3CX folders -
C:\Program Files\3CX PhoneSystem\* & C:\ProgramData\3CX\*

As above, and I would add to try connecting to your management console from the server itself (since it's windows).

1. I now removed eset nod32 AV from the server (and also windows defender) and i will see if this helps
2. We have 16GB of ram (we have 250 ext. with 64 sim calls subscription)

this is the only real issue that saw since we moved to 3cx 6 month ago.
