Following service(s) were stopped recently:
3CXIVR01

Today this has happened twice. No one has changed anything. Is there a reason this is happening and how do I get this to stop? Is there a way to auto start when a service stops so we dont have to manually log back in and click start again?

Windows or Linux?

Hello @CPREID03

Also, what PBX version are you running? You can see the exact build number on the Dashboard, under the Information column next to the licence version. For example 15.5.15502.6.
Is this a on premise or hosted installation?

Your IP is probably blacklisted as a result of using the wrong password. You can try accessing the PBX from a different IP and deleting the blacklist entry from the management console

We are experiencing this as well. Just performed the upgrade from Debian 8 to 9 and last night we got a notification of services stopped several hours after the upgrade was complete. This has been an ongoing issue for us and we would like to get this resolved. We have performed no modifications to the server and installed it originally from the ISO into a VM. Any help/guidance you can provide would be great.

The services reported stopped last night were:
3CXQueueManager01
3CXIVR01
3CXPhoneSystemMC01

Hello @Swanson

Since this has been an ongoing issue i would recommend creating a ticket with our support department so they can look into the PBX logs and determine what is causing the issue.

We found services would stop when the hard drive filled up because we hadn't moved Fax to Email's.

I have just moved my system from google to azure and every few days I am getting "
3CX Service notification
Following service(s) were stopped recently:
3CXPhoneSystemMC01"

you cannot login and the only way I can see to get back in is to restart the virtual server on azure, is this a fault in an update or doesnt it work well on Azure?

Hello @Biobob

Please make sure that you have enough resources to meet the needs of the system as in many cases services stop due to a lack of resources of the machine.
If you face this issue again try starting the service through SSH instead of restarting the instance and see if that works.

I have moved it the next server up on Azure that I was using on google that was error free and it seems to happen on a night when the system is not in use.
It doesn’t seem to respond to anything when it kicks that message out and azure doesn’t seem to be doing anything at the time.

One thing I have noticed is Azure seems to be having a higher throughput of data with the same workload as before, it has used the same in a week as nearly a year on google.

I will try the ssh again

It has stopped again, not responding to anything, is there a way to setup services to auto start if they stop?
Restarting azure every few days is a bit annoying when it ran over 1 year on google without a hitch so don’t know what is wrong with it

There are ways to auto restart the service however this is something that needs to be done through the operating system. As to why the services are failing i would recommend creating a ticket with our support department so they can look into the PBX logs and determine what is causing the issue.

I've found the most common reasons for services failing are running with too little memory and running out of disk space.
