Hi everyone, anybody can help me on how to run 3cx services in linux root?

Can you please clarify on what you are trying to do so we can try and help?

Right now we encounter "server internal error" we just want to force restart or run the 3cx services, were using linux os

You will need to gain SSH access to the linux OS and check if the services are running using:

service 3CX* status

If a service is down you can start it by typing:

service 3CXPhoneSystemMC01 start

This is an example on how to start the management console service

Or just reboot the box
