3CX Setup

Hi All,

i'm planning to SETUP 3CX for one of my customer, he need to install it in the Main branch and publish it through SOPHOS Firewall.

i am trying to install this 3cx now in my lab to test it. but i'm having some problems, i am not able to pass by firewall checker process even i am not able to connect locally to the server from my android telephone.

can anyone advise what's the full requirements to install and publish a 3cx phone system to used by ANDROID and iOS.

When you install the software, you enter an internal / local FQDN - change you ping this address, and IP address.

On the machine you have installed the software, is the firewall switch on - if so test by switching it off

How have you configured the mobiles, easy way is to send the welcome email to the user and import this into the 3CX application
