Sorry to post here but the feature request forum is locked.
The SIP Proxy Manager requires and IP address for the Remote Server. It would be useful if a hostname could be defined here.
Example, our office has a dual wan router and we have DNS failover configured where we host our DNS. http://www.dnsmadeeasy.com
When our circuit for our phone goes down everything gets pointed at our other circuit. Everyone except the remote people (sales reps) using the SIP Proxy manager.
I have to text them and tell them to change the IP address and restart the proxy manger process.
