Hi, I have this need to tell you.
I have a customer who has an Asterisk system in trunk with another Asterisk system for the remote management of a customer service.
We managed to switch systems with 3CX in the main office but not in the remote management which must, at the moment, remain on the third party's Asterisk.
On 3CX I created an extension and on Asterisk a Sip trunk where I entered the credentials of the extension, so far everything worked with two-way audio. I have this problem, the customer would like 3CX in case of no answer from a queue to forward the call on the trunk with asterisk with the name of the queue and the public number. Pass the public number, not the queue id. Can you help me understand a correct setup? Thank you

You won't be able to do that in 3CX without a lot of messing around, and even then not sure it will work. But try this:

Sending a call to the Asterisk is simple, send the call to the extension you created for it. It should send the CID so asterisk would receive "NUMBER:QUEUE NAME:RULE NAME" (if enabled), so you can probably grab it from there in your dialplan.
