3cx SMB free and blacklist after autoprovision but no registration: SBC mandatory?

Hello there. My setup is so simple
- a 3CX SMB free account
- A Snom D715 phone with a 3CX reccomended firmware

Once I've setup the autoprovisiong the phone is able to acquire the provision but can't register on the pbx. After that I think I got blacklisted because of the several attempts the phone does to get registered.

No matter if I wait 24 hrs and wait to be removed on the blacklist.

Do I need a SBC?
