3cx smt server not working in free license

I installed 3cx free license , i tested smtp server and received this error , the screenshot of which is attached.

I would appreciate if you help me.

Is there any sort of firewall/router port settings, that may be blocking that (or other) ports(s)?
Does the 3CX Firewall Checker run successfully?

As the error suggests something is blocking outbound traffic to the 3CX SMTP server. Make sure that traffic is allowed to the mentioned port and try again.

I opend all the ports in ADSL Modem, and turned off firewall of windows server and Modem,but i do not no what wrong is with it, and i checked the ISP provider 2528 port to be open as well.

The error message you receive suggests that the port is not open for outbound traffic. Perhaps 3CX is unable to use that port because another application in the machine has it reserved.

Were there, or are there, other programs, on the PC/server, that may use that port?

Using Wireshark would show if that were the case, (no outgoing message sent)
