It seems this has happened to other users as well. It seems one of the addresses on our domain has been shadow banned (from bounces) from using the 3CX SMTP Relay
All my system notifications work great. Test emails send fine. It seems to be just one address that has been banned.
It would have been great to receive a notification of the shadow ban; the last voicemail received was 10 days ago and unfortunately I had the extension set to "Send as attachment and delete from mbox" so I'm really hoping you can unban the address and deliver the missing (lost) voicemails.
Please add a system event notification for bounce/smtp bans
Please tell me our voicemails are not lost.
