I've ran in to an interesting issue. Client's dell laptop uses DisplayLink USB adapter to connect to multiple monitors. It seems as though the driver and or software conflicts with the 3CX soft phone(see attached file). When displayLink is disconnected from the laptop, the 3CX soft phone displays properly, but once the device is plugged back in to the USB port we end up with the same issue. Would really appreciate any feedback/solutions. Thank you.
