I hosted 3CX phone system on google cloud (I am using standard free version). I am using static IP address for the phone system. I installed 3CX soft phone on my computer and it works fine, I could register it to the server using Welcome email configuration file.
I installed a second soft phone with a second extension on another computer but this phone does not get registered. Any idea? How I can troubleshoot ?
