3CX Soft Phone External Configuration

I have a 3CX server running and I would like to configure a 3CX soft phone at home to connect to my server in my office. I have tried searching for documentation on how to do this but haven't had much luck. Can anyone point me to the documentation for this, please?

I tried that but did not receive an email. It's been a while since I have done anything on my 3CX box so I'm not sure if the email function works any more.
