This softphone does NOT integrate any 3CX-depending features (excepting its built-in tunnel). Therefore, features like presence lists or TAPI will not be available. We plan to provide in the future such as features in separate modules.
If the TAPI feature is one you need, then you still may use the Voip Client ver 7 in desktop mode as a TAPI proxy and "BLF", since there is no conflict between it and Voip Phone.

Can the 3cx client(V7) show the inbound call ID ??
I would like to integrate incoming caller’s ID in Outlook’s contacts through TAPICALL , so I need the 3cx-client to show the inbound call ID

any suggestion

Yes, 3cx voip client v7 does this already. You can use identapop for example to pop up the inbound caller record.
