Up until now we have always used the 3CX Desktop App, but as we prepared for V20 should we be looking at moving from the Desktop App to the PWA? Both mention V18 at this time rather than V20.
What is the recommended 3CX Client moving forward. Or is there a brand new release coming soon, I have seen mention of a new Beta of 3CX Softphone app.https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/windows-softphone-beta3/ Generally we do not use any Beta versions until they become full release product.
Also I note that the 3CX app for Andriod, and IOS does not support integration with Zoho CRM, or I cannot find mention of settings, will that ever change?

In v20 you can use the Web Client, the PWA, or the Windows app from the store. For Android and iOS clients it makes not much sense to use the CRM integration, as it's not very comfortable to use the CRM from a small device.

I tried the windows app this morning to test, with my V18 system. But could not find how to enable integration with the Zoho.

I have followed the setup for this some months ago, and have it running just fine for users with 3CX V18 desktop app, where I have the option to select in the submenu to enable integration. Also works fine with PWA. But when we move to V20 I was trying to see the best and recommended Client, to use moving forward I like the look of the Windows App, but it does not seem to have option to enable integration, obviously I am missing something here. What I could not see was and option in the new Windows app downloaded from MS Store, to enable integration. There is a section on legacy Tapi integration, but I cannot see anything about enabling this in the Windows App, Or is this inherrent in the Windows App?

The Windows client from the store will show the contact name from the CRM, but it will not launch the popup. To get that functionality you will need to use the PWA or the Web Client.
