3CX softphone interop with Grandstream GXE502x IPPBX

Can 3CX softphones (for windows,iphone and android) be configured to
work with my Grandstream GXE5028 IP PBX?

I am not asking about Grandstream handsets or Grandstream gateways with
3CX PBX software . I specifically mean the GXE502X IP PBX
with the softphone applications.

Appreciate any advice.

If it is SIP based, then it should work. It's not like it's going to cost you anything (other than your time), to try it.
