3CX Softphone not opens after upgrade

Recently we upgraded 3CX soft phone V12.5 on our client system to V15 and there after the application is not opening in Windows 8.1 machines. If I reinstall V12.5, it opens but did not able to connect the server says incompatibility

Please advice

Make sure that microsoft C ++ 2015 redistributables X86 and X64 are installed on the machines and all .net updates are installed.

From the attached image i can see that you are missing x64 microsoft C ++ 2015 redistributables unless it is missing from the screenshot
