3CX Softphone V20

I’ve been trying to get used to the new 3CX Softphone for a while now, but even after several months, the following questions remain:

1. Why is the window so small and not resizable? In the past (Electron-App, PWA), the team view, settings and the address book were much more manageable when I could resize the window as needed.
2. Why does the side menu on the left have to be expanded with the three dots? As mentioned in point 1, the height of the window is fixed, and there is more than enough space to display all the icons without having to expand the menu.
3. Why can't I switch the device (CTI, Softphone) with a click on the symbol in the dialer, but always have to do it through the settings (see image below)?
4. For what reason has the central panel moved to the title bar, where in all other Windows apps the maximize button is located?

Where is the maximize button gone. The GUI is too small for most of us.

There wasnt any maximise button. The app isnt resizable.
