Finally the Poly headset integration is working again! Maybe some improvements for chat and UI customization soon...?

Just installed the V5.6 Beta (Build 1162) and excited to try the new Override Office Hours feature but unfortunately it's not showing up in my softphone.

I've confirmed:
- Correct beta build installed (20.0.1162.0)
- Role set to Receptionist in the management console
- Fully removed and re-provisioned the account after closing 3CX

Interestingly, the option does appear in the browser webclient, so the role is correct, it just seems to be missing from the softphone itself.

Anyone else experiencing this?

@Pieter Nexu are you running PBX V20 Update 9?
If not, this is a requirement. Apologies for not making it clear in the blog post. Will remedy this

That was indeed the issue! Updated to V20 Update 9 and the Override Office Hours option is now showing up correctly in the softphone. Thanks for the quick response!

While here, do you plan to add the Call Forwarding Schedule panel we have in webclient, to the Windows Softphone ?
This is the last missing thing IMO in terms of functionalities.
