Great! Single sign-on for the softphone. Are there any plans to align the design with the web client? We keep getting questions about this from customers.

Hidden in the changelog, but huge for our customers.
 
We plan to make a "medium size / comfortable" layout option rather like Gmail, where the current view will be compact and the new medium view will be 50% bigger with more space for teams and some other options.

A little nostalgia with one of the earliest versions of the 3CX softphone, which, it’s worth mentioning, was truly revolutionary at the time! It’s pretty amazing to see just how quickly technology evolves.
Kudos to 3CX for the continuous work and constant drive to always deliver the best possible solutions.

Still, I have to admit that I miss several features that didn’t make it into later generations. That being said, none of them were really essential. So, if anyone complains about missing features in today’s softphones, just jokingly suggest they switch to a retro version!

Yes it was a great one and still being downloaded and used today!!!
