We plan to make a "medium size / comfortable" layout option rather like Gmail, where the current view will be compact and the new medium view will be 50% bigger with more space for teams and some other options.

A little nostalgia with one of the earliest versions of the 3CX softphone, which, it’s worth mentioning, was truly revolutionary at the time! It’s pretty amazing to see just how quickly technology evolves.
Kudos to 3CX for the continuous work and constant drive to always deliver the best possible solutions.




Still, I have to admit that I miss several features that didn’t make it into later generations. That being said, none of them were really essential. So, if anyone complains about missing features in today’s softphones, just jokingly suggest they switch to a retro version!

Yes it was a great one and still being downloaded and used today!!!

It would generally be better if you could resize the client to make it larger. Is that what you mean?

Unfortunately, in some areas we have a lot of information that isn't displayed, and it would be great if users had the option to adjust the size.

No, you will not be able to resize, you need to choose compact or comfortable.

We're eager to see how this develops. I'm aware that there's already a feature request for this that has received some support. In the past, many users adjusted the size using scripts as a workaround, but unfortunately, that's no longer possible in the current version.
