3CX Softphone won't provision v16

Hi All,

Just got a couple of new Lenovo T490s systems with Windows 10 Pro and installed 3CX Softphone (Windows) fine, but when I was about to provision them using the file on the Welcome to 3CX email by dragging the file into the app, nothing happens..

Anyone else had this issue and if there's a fix that I can try?

Hi,

Have you tried simply double clicking the provisioning file?
