3cx some outgoing calls does not disconnect.

Hi,

We have 3CX verison 12.5 with 2 SIP trunk.

One outgoing call was in connected state for 3 hours even when it was disconnected with in a minute. However when I checked the recording for that call I see that recording is only for 32 seconds.

Same extension has made 15 calls to the same number with out any issue. I am not sure why 1 call show connected state for 3 hours.

Any help would be appreciated.
