Hi,
I'm trying to integrate 3cx with my SQL.

I can read db, table and fields. The TEST button Works and it finds right record.

But...
What's "Contact URL Prefix: "? And "Contact URL Suffix: "?

I would like to see the customers name in Application when they call with number I have in my db

Thanks
Simo

Hello @Simone Rota,

The "primary key" of contacts in 3CX Contacts is the Contact URL. So that's a mandatory field. When you integrate 3CX with a database, the Contact URL is created by concatenating a prefix, the contact ID returned by the database, and a suffix. For example, if your contact URL is:
https://my.crm.example.com/CONTACT_ID/data

...you should set the prefix and suffix as follows:
Prefix: https://my.crm.example.com/
Suffix: /data

If you will not use the URL for contact popup, and just need to show the contact name, you can use any prefix and suffix, just so you have a different URL for each contact.

But how use Contact Popup ... Who opens the URL in server side?

The contact popup is launched by the 3CX Web Client, when the agent receives the call.
