Hi,
There's nothing that's changed on our end and 3CX stopped working out of the blue. I am very technical so I know I made no changes to my router as I am the only one who ever needs to access it.
I briefly chatted with the support team on 3CX chat and they told me I need to open firewall ports (https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/firewall-router-configuration/)
This worries me for two reasons.
1. I didn't make changes to my router.
2. How does this affect everyone in my remote team now not able to make or receive calls?
I run my 3CX through Google so surely it cannot be dependent on my ports being open on my router and does this mean the ports need to be opened for all my staff working remotely? This becomes a technical nightmare to manage.
Any thoughts?
Thank you.
James
