Hello,
Our client has Siemens Openstage PBX. We connected it with 3CX by trunk. When incoming call transferred by 3CX user to Siemens user - we have't record of all call. Only first part to 3CX user before transferring. If I opened 3CX console "Number of calls in use = 1" during the entire call time. It means that the call goes through 3CX but is not recorded. Have any ideas how to enable recording? The client justly says that this problem (no problem) is solved on a free Asterisk.

Recording is done by extension. If an incoming trunk call has been transferred back out over a bridge trunk, then the recording settings used when the call is first connected to an extension, will no longer apply.

If recording is critical, then rather than using a bridge trunk, you could create several extensions in 3CX, and have the Siemens register several trunks to those. They could have recording enabled. However, any caller ID may be an issue. It will all depend on how you use the trunks, so it may not be an ideal solution

Thank you. Yes, I can bind to a user, but in different scenarios this is inconvenient. There will be problems with the caller's number. This is rather a question for the developers why it is impossible to bind trunk-trunk calls to some user who has all the rights
