Recently Upgraded 3cx 16 to 18.0 (Build 314) and in exactly 24 hours time 3cx No longer accessible. Prior to the upgrade system has been stable. As soon as I do a reboot of VPS. It works for another 24 hours.

PBX is running on Debian 8 (Jesse)
Has anyone seen this behavior before?

Thank you

3cx version v18 should be running on Debian 10 buster

Should be looking at upgrading / moving 3cx to Debian 10 or using 3cx supported cloud provider

Are you absolutely sure this is the case?

SSH to the machine and run:
cat /etc/os-release

Then run this to check exact 3CX version:
apt-cache policy 3cxpbx | grep Installed

If you are and you'll be deploying a new machine yourself here's the guide which also contains the 3CX ISO to use for the machine: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/

I also recommend going over our hardware requirements before undertaking this task: https://www.3cx.com/docs/recommended-hardware-specifications-for-3cx/

I've upgraded to Debian 10 and still get the same result.

Do bear in mind that QEMU is not a 3CX Supported virtualization platform. I highly recommend you go over our 3CX Linux installation guide found below which mentions the supported virtualization platforms and also goes over the deployment procedure:

https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/installing-debian-linux-pbx/

Note: Should you use Microsoft's Hyper-V make sure to follow this guide when deploying: https://www.3cx.com/docs/installing-microsoft-hyper-v/

You should also make sure that you use the latest 3CX ISO to deploy which can be downloaded from the 3CX Portal and also confirm that the machine is compliant with our hardware requirements: https://www.3cx.com/docs/recommended-hardware-specifications-for-3cx/

If for any reason you still face the same issue even after performing the above please let us know.
