I have this since 13:15 german time

You can:

- check the speed of your internet connection, if it is too slow, the response from the stun request will not be received in time and produce the timeout error you are receiving.

- try other stun servers to see if you are getting the same result

What version of 3cx are you using? Is this a new problem or has this been the case from the beginning? Do you have a dynamic ip or static ip?

Hi,
you need to test if your router have a QoS system enabled and if it is configurated properly. How many connections your router support? Are you doing p2p when you use 3CX?

Hello
I think it's port issue
turn off the router and turn it on again
check the port routing
try with another router

hi thanks for all response

reboot router switches and at least i restart the 3cx services and the prob was solved

i use lates version

and atm there are sometimes a single stun failture but no longer one entry every some seconds

so thanks again

Andy

Do you know if your provider share a nat connection?
