3CX supported PRI E1 Gateways

Are there any other supported PRI gateways, other than Patton ?

There is "officially" supported http://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/ meaning they have been tested to work properly and support is available, and there are gateways that will no doubt work, but you will have to configure yourself. It all depends on how much time and effort you are willing to put into it. A number of forum members may have suggestions that do work for them.

Dinstar (http://www.dinstar.com) are inexpensive ones and working, not so difficult to configure manually (much easier than Patton).
