3CX Talk script?

Hello everyone,

As you know every extensions has 3CX Talk capability, which give the extension a Talk URL.
In general everyone who open this URL, asked for Name & email then can send message to the extension.
I need to do it in Linux cli and send appropriate system notifications to extension when an event triggered, by running an script.
I appreciate it if anyone can help me to identify how I can implement (Sending message) it in action in cli or give me some example or documents.

so you want when someone clicks on the talk url a notification is sent?
