3cx talk without "call us" button

I'm asking the opposite question to the one I see being asked here regarding the 3cx-talk module; bearing in mind that the link will be inserted purely within an email signature, 80% of the emails will be read by people who have PCs without a microphone and who therefore will not be able to call and talk to me, I ask: is it possible to use the module only as a direct chat vehicle by inhibiting the presence of the "call us" button?

hi alejandro_3cx tks for the answer, but i think this is correct for the live chat and for us has been configured in the same way (only chat), the question was referring to the 3cx talk module related to the user for which I can't find a similar configuration to the generic live chat module..

no, that is not possible for the 3cx talk module.
