3CX Telnyx SMS Incoming not Working

Hi everyone,
I finally bit the bullet and ordered Telnyx in order to get SMS messaging. Outgoing messages work fine but incoming won't come through.
I've confirmed the Route on SMS to be the full +1XXXXXXXXXX number. I've clicked `TEST` on the SMS page and no errors pop up. I've entered in the webhook into the messaging. Would anybody know why it's not working?

Have you assigned the messaging profile to the number? Also, make sure the Webhook is right and that API v2 is selected.

Otherwise, one of the reasons for choosing a provider is support. I've heard good things about Telnyx so I'd recommend engaging them.
