3CX to Bitrix24

we have configured 3cx to bitrix24 integration according to the guide and while testing it I could not get a screen-pop or contact open.
I am using an internal extension to test from so my contact is a 3cx internal extension is this the reason. cause everything else goes smooth.

The engine only works for external calls, so you need to make a call from an external number to test.
