So this seams to be a revolving door based on the comments,
Credit to mark philips who made the original CRM intergration for Pipedrive,
I had the following issue,
User calls in, CRM gets polled,
Number Not Found
New Contact created (number type was blank)
Call Proceeds normally
Call 2 (same user)
User calls in, CRM gets polled
Number not found (remember it was saved without a type)
New Contact created (number type was blank)
Call Proceeds normally
rinse and repeat
I have added a few lines to add a blank number type to business 2 which prevents the constant duplicate contacts
I am unable to get the call reporting/journaling working,
and I can not get the open contact URL to work
