3CX TRUNK AVAYA

Hi,

I have avaya trunk to elastix and work very weel in last years. Now i try upgrade to 3CX and reconfigure avaya trunk to work with 3cx.

My calls 3cx to avaya work well, but avaya to 3cx never work. I think 3cx refused inbound call. i configure trunk and outbound routes on 3cx only.

What I may be missing ?

So registration is working, it's just calls across that is the issue?

Yes, 3CX call to AVAYA work well.

i think my problem is inbound routes, being a trunk does not need to reconnect right? without elastix I never needed it.
