Você poderia nos ajudar a descobrir onde bloqueamos um determinado tronco de fazer chamadas fora do horário comercial?

Encontramos apenas a opção geral que bloqueia todos os troncos de fazer chamadas fora do horário comercial, mas neste caso só precisamos bloquear um tronco

This is not possible, i'm afraid. There is no way to prevent a single trunk from disallowing calls outside of business hours.

This is only an option for the extensions. Not for groups.

I understand perfectly, but if the extension is blocked from making outgoing calls after working hours, is there any way? to where? I saw that it is possible to disable it for external calls, but I didn't see the option to configure the time

The option to disable calls outside of office hours in the extensions settings Schedule tab and set specific office hours for the extesnion so that when out of offce hours calls will be dissallowed and the extesnion will swtich to DND.
