3CX Tunnel cause 3CXPhone to crash

Hi,

I updated my free server from v10 to v12.5.

Now I am having issues trying to connect over the tunnel.

After the extension connect, I can see "On Hook", but, when a try to do anything else cause 3CX Phone to crash.

This is fixed after open ports 5000 and 5001 (strange, because this link - http://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/new-port-numbers/ - say that now the ports 80 and 443 are used.

But now, there is a new problem, the extension connect and disconnect again and again. Any idea?

Hi there,
The web ports used depends what have been set during your installation of the 3CX Phone System.
Regarding the 3CXPhone crash can you confirm which OS you are using and that all windows updates/.NET updates are applied ?
