3cx Twilio SMS one way

I have followed the documentation on configuring for voice and SMS for Twilio.
-I can create a message in my 3cx chat and send an SMS to a phone number. (twilio message log shows outgoing API delivered)
-I create a message in my 3cx chat and send SMS to phone number with picture jpeg attached (twilio message shows outgoing API failed with media) and I get the message:

(Error:11200) HTTP retrieval failure
Twilio's servers were unable to fetch a non-error response from the designated URL

-if I send a SMS to my 3cx DID (just text or an image) it shows on the twilio messaging log that it was received by messaging service and that it was delivered but I never get it in my 3cx chat.

This is the only DID I have on my extension. Things basically work one way (out to a cell number, but only text works) yet the twilio side is showing that it has no problems delivering the sms into 3cx but I never get it.

No idea for twilio but we see a good some of customers with issues that are configuration related with our SMS/MMS integration on 3CX.

Most common:
1. Check that your numbers are in E164 format, for example: +15553331234
2. Make sure the SMS is routed to an extension or group, if IVR make sure its is forwarded: https://voxtelesys.com/tutorial/3cx-sms-setup-with-an-ivr
3. Firewall checker Passes?

Not as common but still an issue:
1. Check you webhook URL is correct, make sure it is an FQDN and not an IP

If it is only MMS that is failing then maybe make sure MMS is enabled/supported on the provider.
