3CX UDM-PRO PROXMOX VM - Port 5001 not working and QR code provision Issues

Hello, I have a UDM-Pro and i am running 3CX on Proxmox VM and i can not access Port 5001, All other 3cx ports are working but 5001 is not working, Can only access 3cx via internal 192.168.1.134 ip.
The 3CX FQD does not work and QR code provisioning just says failed even though its trying to provision through 192.168.1.134/provision/numbers&letters , I tried to search that in browser but it said invalid weblink.

The system seems to be working fine otherwise, Any helps would be amazing. See screenshots for more information

Web panel access is working now, I did a port redirection in udm pro from 5001 to 443, Now i need to fix the qr code provisioning.

3cx app says provision failed and if i scan the link with my phone camera it shows the correct link and i open link in browser and it says page does not exist after clicking continue to allow invalid ssl despite me having a valid SSL cert.

That without a port tells you it’s using 443.

Re: cert, view the cert, are you connecting to the right server? Typically that scenario means it’s not forwarding as/where expected.

the cert is my custom domain cert not the 3cx one that it says when using FQDN

And where is that cert installed? That’s where you’re connecting.

So it’s not port forwarding. Are you on the LAN when seeing this? Is NAT reflection an option on the router? That’s necessary to turn on for some so you can use the public IP from inside the router. Or use split DNS per above so your browser doesn’t use the public IP at all.

I figured out the issue above, it installed under 443 and it did not tell me. But qr code provisioning still failing.
I setup a redirect from port 5001 to port 443 due to using 443 on a web server

This is completely at your own risk and 3CX will tell you to reinstall to change the ports.

But, you should try amending the port from the parameters.

Search "provision" in parameters and change the port :443 to :5001

Leave the 5000 URLs but make sure this is forwarded on the router.

restarting services may be required.

Please do not do this or mention this - if you want to change the ports then take a backup and reinstall.
