Hi support

I've had 2 instances today fail on the upgrade to v18.

I'm seeing a lot of "invalid user xxxxx" in the logs - is this picking up SSH attempts?

I see a lot of entries in the log which say something like this:

Code:

Hi @kieferschild ,

Those errors are irrelevant to the reason why the upgrade failed.

The apt process is stuck and the upgrade script exited at the very beginning without actually making any changes to your system (meaning both systems should still be operational). Please reboot them and initiate the upgrade again, it should be OK (if no other error comes up that is).

P.S: Make sure you first take a backup.
